Schemali and her sister Genubi were born to a semi-feral cat at the barn where my horse was living. I took them in when they were about four months old, as they had contracted a digestive infection and needed treatment, and they ended up staying.

While the two look very much alike, Schemali is a bit bigger than her sister, has greener eyes, and prominent ear tufts. She is the quieter of the two, and is sweet and affectionate.
